The I AM KHAYA Foundation is set to host a high energy comedy roast titled ‘COMEDY ROAST’ featuring the charismatic entertainer Khaya Pardon, at the popular Hippopula Pub and Grill.

The event will take place on Friday, 20 March 2026, running from 6 PM to 10 PM.

All ticket sales and sponsorship funds will be directed to the foundation’s charity projects, making the night both entertaining and philanthropic.

In a statement,from Khaya Pardon, said, “My name is Pardon Khaya-Elihle Khanye Uzamcolo -wezulu.

“I was born on 21 March 1993 at Mpilo Hospital, Bulawayo, with a serious condition that would’ve been fatal if not for the international doctors deployed in Zimbabwe that year.

“32 years later, I’m giving back! I’m raising funds for the neonatal ward where I was born and gifting kids born on 21 March 2026,”said Khaya.

The evening promises to be an unforgettable experience, with a stellar lineup including Hopewell Chako and Mouduzi Mlongwa, who will join Khaya in delivering sharp, laughter-filled performances designed to “roast” the honoree while keeping the atmosphere fun and engaging.

The venue, Hippopula Pub and Grill, is known for its vibrant setting, providing the perfect backdrop for a memorable comedy experience.

The I AM KHAYA Foundation uses events like this to raise money and awareness for its community initiatives. Proceeds from the comedy roast will support various charitable programs run by the foundation, including regular panel discussions every Monday and Wednesday themed “Red Capert, Glits and Glamour” that reveal insights into the foundation’s work.
