Chicken Inn FC is pleased to announce the official commencement of preparations for the 2026 Castle Lager Premier Soccer League season.

Chicken Inn Football Club would like to inform its supporters and stakeholders, that we have appointed Brighton Ncube as our media officer with immediate effect.

Ncube brings a wealth of experience in Digital Media, Communications and Marketing. He will spearhead the Chicken Inn FC Media Department.

Who is Brighton Ncube in the media industry? Brighton Ncube is a multi award winning journalist with over 7 years experience in digital media broadcasting and marketing.

He has spearheaded several community projects that have earned him a name in the media space, his career spans from being an intern at My Bulawayo Online Newspaper, to being the Media Officer at Youth for Innovation Trust to presenting and producing online current affairs shows with Asakhe Online, Centre for Innovation and Technology (CITE)

Born and bred in the city of Bulawayo, Ncube has championed issues for women and young people using digital media technologies.

In 2024 he won the outstanding Radio and Podcast award and Creative Digital Media award under Amnesty International Zimbabwe. He went on to win the outstanding Journalist for the PRACA awards. In 2025 he produced a documentary that was distributed on different online new media platforms and it won the Community Impact Award at the NJAMA awards.

Ncube currently holds a Diploma in Masscommunication and a Bachelor of Arts and Media Studies. He brings a lot of experience in media, digital innovations, marketing and communications.
