Takudzwa Auditor Kanyai, a 22-year-old Psychology student at Midlands State University and intern at the National AIDS Council, has achieved a remarkable feat by winning the 2025 Most Influential Winner Award and the 2025 Outstanding Male Student Award at the International Coaching and Mentoring Foundation’s 3rd Annual Awards.

The ceremony, held on September 19, 2025, at the National University of Science and Technology (NUST) in Bulawayo, recognized and rewarded outstanding students from various aspects of life, promoting youth empowerment and development.

Kanyai’s impressive portfolio showcases his dedication to making a positive impact in his community. As the reigning Misters of Zimbabwe King, he has been making waves in the modeling industry, and his charity initiatives have had a tangible impact on vulnerable individuals.

His partnership with organizations to raise awareness across Zimbabwe has also been recognized. Kanyai’s achievements serve as a testament to the power of hard work and determination. In an interview, Kanyai attributed his success to persistence and consistency.

“I am a self-motivated person determined to achieve greatness. I believe the Most Influential Winner 2025 award is a result of the impact I’ve made in society,” he said.

His achievements demonstrate that with persistence and consistency, young people can achieve greatness and make a meaningful difference in their communities.

The International Coaching and Mentoring Foundation’s annual awards aim to inspire and empower the next generation of leaders by recognising exceptional talent and dedication among Zimbabwe’s youth. The awards feature a range of categories, including Most Influential, Outstanding Students, Best Community Impact, Best Entrepreneur, Best Poet, Best SRC, Best Motivational Speaker, and Best Sports Person, among others.
